Katu Neoga

Name: Katu Neoga is his full name, but he never tells people his last name. And if he has to, he gives them a fake one which is Moborichi. His last name is labeled as Moborichi on all police documents too for safety procations.

Appearance: Katu has semi-long light brown hair that hangs down to his light brown eyes. His skin is fairly tan and he has a black dragon tattoo on his right shoulder to right cheek. He stands about 6’2 feet tall and weighs about 160 lbs. Katu is usually seen wearing straight legged jeans and T-shirts, although he does wear the occasional jacket. The only time he isn’t dressed casually is when he is wearing his police uniform.

Personality: Katu is known as “The life of the party”. He is out going, fun loving and funny. Everyone around the office likes him for his positive personality, it seems to always lighten the mood. Although he may be positive and all smiles when off the job, he is very serious when on a mission. Although, most of the time his out going attitude shines through his serious one.


History:
(Im gonna skip the childhood years cause I doubt their needed)
At the age of 20, Katu joined the police force. He was extremely dedicated to his job and loved every ounce of it. He even loved being in the office when he wasn’t on call. Every one loved him for his jokes and humor that lightened up even the darkest of moods. Each day, Katu would wake up and go to work, he even worked week ends. He had an ordinary life as a cop until he was 25.

At the age of 25, Katu’s life as an ordinary police officer changed. He was on a mission to kill a murderer who had been killing people for years with a death note. The mission was long and hard but finally Katu and his team prevailed, killing the man in the process. Katu approached the body and went to take away the dead mans gun when he saw the death note in the mans pocket. He picked it up and suddenly could see a weird creature. Ever since then, Katu’s life was changed.

(Sorry its short, I seriously cant write a history right now…. But it meets the requirements I think. Im sure that Mojo can voug for my rp skill)

Fears/Faults: Lunatics, being caught with his death note, killers, high class missions, other death note holders.

Anything else: He avoids Kira. He does have a slight fear of him though.
