He has an atheletic build, due to being trained in martial arts,well street fighting really.His eyes are a jade green color,and are usualy only slightly opened. His hair is pretty long, and reaches slightly pass his shoulders at longest.
BullsEye is a very stylish man. He is usauly seen wearing a black suit jacket, with a white dress shirt under it.He is also usualy seen carriying a strange silver suitcase, that carries his very important items. Dark shades cover his green eyes. Another strange thing about him is tattoo of the numbers '00-00-01' on the back of his neck.

Personality:BullsEye is a pretty laid back guy. He enjoys having fun all the time, and so he does. He even finds his job to be fun. He's likes to joke around all the time and usualy gets in trouble for doing so. His intelect is pretty high and overall he's a pretty freindly guy with all.He's also in love with his money...

History:Rousuka...He was born in a Tokyo, but was soon sent to a strange orphanage. While in this strange place, his life was quite normal untill his 7th birthday. He was given a very special handgun, that was once used by his father. He was trained to use this gun in different situations. By the end of his training he would be able to deflect a bullet with his own.These super human abbilities were why he was sent to this orphanage. So he could train his skills...And become the perfect weapon. As a child, he found this to be fun. He even laughed as he shot targets down.His intelect and abbilities would increase everyday he was at this orphanage.

At the age of thirteen, Rousuka was trained to forget his name. He would now be known as Bullseye, even to to his fellow mates. At this age, he was given one of his most memorable tests. He would have to kill a fellow class mate. The two were put in an abandoned war house.The two of them first shot at eachother, testing eachothers agility and aim. At the end ,they ran out of bullets. So, BullsEye terminated his foe using only his hands. He had always been good at street fighting. This was how he got the things that he wanted. As he defeated his opponent, he was given a strange tattoo on his back.He was the first person to pass these tests. And to this day, he was the only one....

BullsEye was 18 years old. He had assassinated more than he could remember,and was now a wealthy young man.The police force found talent in him, so he was hired. He wasn't into taking down criminals using non-leathal force...So he didn't. Every person he was after usualy ended up in alot of pain.Because of this, he was fired at the age of 24. Though this didn't bother him because being in a police force wasn't really what he wanted.A few months passed and BullsEye was recruited into a special force looking for a man named Kira.It shouldn't be too hard to shoot him. . .
